We have loved our time back here in DC so far. One thing that I love about this place is how gosh dang beautiful all the homes are! Driving around Arlington, Georgetown, etc leave me drooling as I look out the window. I find myself telling Garrett "that's totally my dream home.....wait, no that is!"

ReplyDeleteI live in Alexandria, VA (right outside of the arlington area) and I LOVE the houses out here as well! You should check out the houses in the Mount Vernon area (off of Richmond Hwy). My husband and I went driving two sundays ago after church and we LOVED the houses over there! enjoy your time in DC!
We stayed in Alexandria, Va a few years ago and fell in love with the area. I love the history and I am a nut for architecture so I was drooling all weekend. We took the metro into DC. I could take it or leave it. I heard Georgetown was amazing but didn't make it over that way.
