I hope everyone is enjoying their New Year! I love the start of a new year and the chance to reassess and make goals. I've thought a lot about what I want for this new year and up there at the top of my list is living more in the moment. I am constantly juggling multiple balls at once, and I want to do a better job at taking the time to focus on one thing at a time.
