I hope everyone is enjoying their New Year!  I love the start of a new year and the chance to reassess and make goals.  I've thought a lot about what I want for this new year and up there at the top of my list is living more in the moment.  I am constantly juggling multiple balls at once, and I want to do a better job at taking the time to focus on one thing at a time.  Whether it is feeding my kids lunch, responding to emails, or just chatting on the couch at night with my husband, I want to set my phone down, forget about my to-do list, and just be there.  I am so happy and content with life right now I want to make sure I am savoring all the great moments I can.
