BLUSHING

Top: Ro & De c/o, Bottoms: Zara, Shoes: Shoemint c/o, Rings: Nissa c/o, Necklace: Samilynn Jewelry c/o, Wrists: Jane.com c/o, Nashelle c/o

One of my favorite colors to wear this season has been soft blush tones.  Super feminine and what I feel is the most sophisticated shade of pink.  This particular top I love, but have to be pretty selective when I wear it.  It's really delicate, so it doesn't come along with my on any outings with the boys.

I've always been a fan of delicate gold jewelry.  Add a monogram or engraving and you have me wrapped around your finger.  When Nashelle offered to let me customize a piece of their jewelry, I really had a hard time narrowing it down.  My gold B and C necklace is from Nashelle and I wear it almost everyday.  I wanted to select a piece that had meaning as well that could be a staple piece.  I lost my dad from prostate cancer almost 8 years ago, and I have always wanted a piece of jewelry to remember him by.  I decided to go with the Identity bracelet.  I had the word "perfect" engraved on it, because that was one of the last words he said when he passed.  It reminds me that he is in a perfect place.  It also acts as a reminder that this life is not perfect.  I am not perfect.  But I believe that one day I will reunite with my dad again, and it will be perfect.  I chose his birthstone for the jewels.  This piece has quickly risen to one of my favorite pieces of jewelry of all time.  Along with my kids initial necklace and wedding ring.  It is perfect.

I am also surprised and very excited to announce that I was nominated for the Utah Style Icon of the Year Award.  Although asking people to vote for me makes me nervous and sweaty, I would love your vote!  I'll send you all a skirt if you do ;) ......(I honestly would if I could)  Head on over to here to cast your vote!
