Heather Bailey Skirt

I picked up some beautiful Heather Bailey fabric a while back. It is from her new Nicey Jane collection, and I can't get enough of it.

Here is how it started out

And here is what it is now

I added a few gold buttons to give it a more polished look. The big flowers were a little loud for a skirt, so I threw in big chunky pleats to break things up a bit.

  1. Is this pattern for sale or is there a tutorial? I would like to try to make this.
    Thank you

  2. Did you use a zipper on the back? Love this! I'm going to try and make one this week (have some of the same print in a different colorway), but just wondered how you ended it. How did you measure out the pleats? Thanks for all the fantastic tutorials! I made three of your maxi skirts yesterday in under two hours! yay!

  3. Did you do pleats in the back that match the front? Flat back? Only 2 pleats? Thanks for sharing!
