A client recently asked me to recreate a skirt she found while browsing Oprah magazine in a doctors office. She loved the skirt so much, she sweet talked the receptionist into letting her take the magazine. After seeing a picture of the skirt, I would have done the exact same thing.
She is the merchandising manager at Guilt Group. Can we say best job ever?
Seriously. This doesn't get any more perfect. Horizontal navy/white stripes and high waistband means I will automatically love it, but the extra wide waistband, full t-length skirt, and exposed zipper? yes please. It's a $530 Marc Jacobs skirt found here. But I am bound and determined to create its identical twin.
Here are some more shots so you can oooh and ahhh.
It is gorgeous! Once you figure out how to make it, I want to buy one!
