Today I'm heading down to the fabric district with my madre with a 2 page shopping list in tow. We are driving the SUV because I'm planning on loading that puppy up.
Hubby and I are heading to NYC in a couple weeks and I want to hit the garment district, but I'm not sure where to go to find bargains. Any suggestions??
