top: J.Crew / bag: Banana Republic / belt: vintage

I've already started making more of these beauties. What if my next 20 posts are just of maxi skirts? That might make me the lamest blogger ever.... I'll try to keep it interesting.

  4. You look fabulous! I love how cute you look prego. This outfit is perfect. I can't wait to try the skirt. What kind of serger do you suggest getting? I have been wanting one for awhile. It makes sewing knits so easy, as I am sure you already know.

  7. I found your blog yesterday and absolutely adore this skirt! I hope to have a little one on the way soon. And since I am tall, it's hard for me to find true maxi-length skirts. I love that I can customize this one! I promptly went out and bought some stretchy fabric, and I'm hoping I can pull off making this skirt. :) I opted for a retro-print fabric (mostly because it was a great price!), and I can't wait to see how it turns out. Please post pictures of the other ones you make!
