I would wear this beautifully crafted skirt with a sheer black top ( short sleeved) with a plain black tank, everything tucked in of course. Then I would spice it up with bright turquoise high heels. Champs Elysees is my favorite! I can be worn casually as well as dressed up when put with the right accessories!
